A more thoughtful, personalized approach to feeling better.

Because your symptoms, your history, and your goals all matter—and your care should reflect that.

You didn't end up here by accident.

Most people who find AXIS have been trying to figure things out for a while—
and still don't feel like themselves. They're tired. Frustrated. And starting to wonder if this is just how they have to feel. They've been told everything is "normal."

But they know something isn't right. If that's where you are—
you're not alone. AXIS was built for that moment.

Why
Patients
Choose
AXIS

Patients often come to AXIS after feeling overlooked elsewhere.

They stay because they feel:
• Heard
• Understood
• Confident in their plan
• Supported throughout the process

The goal isn't just treatment—it's clarity, trust, and results.

Our Approach

Over time, healthcare has become increasingly transactional—focused on speed, volume, and systems, not people.

Patients are often left feeling rushed, unheard, or dismissed.

And when everything comes back "normal," the conversation often stops there—even when you still don't feel like yourself.

At AXIS, we take a different approach.

We take the time to:

Listen to what you've been experiencing
Look beyond surface-level answers
Educate you about what's happening in
  your body
Develop a plan that feels realistic and
  sustainable

Because your symptoms, your history, and your goals all matter—and your care should reflect that. This isn't about guesswork. It's about understanding what's actually going on and developing a plan that makes sense for you.

Hi, I'm Eileen.

I'm a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a background in endocrinology, where I developed a strong interest in the connection between hormones, metabolism, and overall health. My experience includes hormone optimization, diabetes management, and medical weight management, with a strong emphasis on patient education and helping people better understand their health. Throughout my career, I've seen how often patients leave appointments with more questions than answers—especially when they're told everything looks "normal," despite not feeling their best. My approach has always been centered on understanding the full picture: listening to patients, reviewing the details carefully, and helping people make sense of what's actually going on in their bodies. My experience in endocrinology reinforced how closely hormones, metabolism, and overall health are connected. Many of the symptoms patients experience can have more than one contributing factor, which is why I believe in taking the time to look deeper rather than focusing on a single symptom or lab value. What I enjoy most about this work is helping patients gain clarity and confidence in their health. When you understand what's happening and have a plan that makes sense, moving forward becomes a lot easier. Patients often tell me they finally feel heard here—and that's exactly how care should feel. I believe healthcare should feel like a conversation, not a transaction. My goal is to help patients feel informed, supported, and confident in the decisions they make about their health. When I'm not seeing patients, I enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends, and making the most of life's experiences. When I'm not seeing patients, you'll usually find me spending time with family, traveling, or working on new ways to help patients better understand their health.

Hi, I'm Dannya.

I'm a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a background in cardiac surgery, advanced heart failure, heart transplantation, and cardiology. Working in these highly specialized areas of medicine taught me the importance of looking beyond individual symptoms and understanding how different systems of the body work together. Over the years, I've seen how often patients struggle with symptoms that affect their energy, quality of life, and overall well-being—sometimes without clear answers or a complete understanding of why they're happening. My clinical experience reinforced how interconnected the body truly is and how important it is to look at the bigger picture rather than focusing on a single symptom or diagnosis. That perspective is one of the reasons I developed a strong interest in preventive health, metabolic health, and a more personalized approach to care. I enjoy helping patients better understand their health, identify potential contributing factors, and develop realistic plans that support their long-term goals. Every patient deserves to feel heard, supported, and confident in the care they're receiving—and that's exactly the experience I strive to provide. When I'm not seeing patients, I enjoy traveling, spending time with family and friends, and making the most of opportunities to recharge, reset, and enjoy life.

When you understand what's happening, everything changes.

You stop second-guessing yourself. You feel more in control. And you can finally move forward with clarity and confidence.

You deserve to feel heard. Let's start the conversation.
